Inside Out offers Personal Development, Coaching & Corporate Training to support and guide working mothers in their search for peace and balance in their personal and professional lives. We are based in Dubai and serve the Middle East Region.
Between the increasing demands of our careers, and the never-ending needs of our families, we may sometimes feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and – frankly – uninspired. We ask ourselves; is this how we’re supposed to be living, running from one thing to the next and juggling what feels like a hundred things at once? How can we possibly manage it all, and do it joyfully too?
The truth is: you don’t have to choose between the two. Yes, what we’re saying is: you CAN have it all, and be happy and fulfilled too.
We believe that magic happens when a working mother finds joy and purpose in her career, and builds deep and meaningful relationships with her children, partner and family (oh, and we like magic).
Allow us to teach you the tools to uncover and live in your sweet spot, and to remember who you are, underneath all the roles that you play and underneath all the masks that you wear.
Join our next public workshop and group coaching session (there’s always one around the corner), to experience the transformation that you know in your heart that you want, or invite us to run our workshops at your office… your team will love you for it!
Hello and a warm welcome to Inside Out! I am very happy your search led you to this page. I don’t believe in coincidences and I know that, for whatever reason, you are meant to be here now, reading these words.
My name is Muna and I am the Founder of Inside Out. It’s not easy to say who I am in just a few paragraphs because – like you – I play a bunch of roles in the world I live in: I am an entrepreneur, a coach, a writer, a communications specialist, a wife, a mother, a sister, a friend, an avid reader, a TED talk addict, a chocolate lover. You see, we are all so much more than the roles we play. We have layers and layers within us… I’ll share with you some of mine as we get to know each other better.
During University, I studied Communications and Psychology in Boston, USA. For 15 years, I worked my way up the proverbial corporate ladder with several large companies. My career enabled me to travel the world, meet people from all walks of life, gain real-world experiences, in addition to valuable international training programs in Management, Leadership, Self-Awareness, Intercultural Intelligence, and soft skills.
But despite my “success", I felt, deep within me, that there was something missing; a desire and a purpose that I wasn’t fulfilling, and I was determined to find it.
